CLAG's submission to Council

CLAG’s formal submission to Council is as follows:

Submission to the Oakleigh Pool Redevelopment Committee, City of Monash, by CLAG

CLAG requests that the Committee support the retention and refurbishment of the Oakleigh Pool―its diving tower, 50 metre pool, learners’ pool and toddler pools. In addition the 50 m and learners’ pools should be heated.

This would be in line with City of Monash policy of supporting sporting establishments, and further develop the area as a sporting and community hub with the golf course, Gensis gym, Oakleigh Recreation Centre, Oakleigh tennis courts, Caloola Reserve and Scotchman’s Reserve―both popular sporting places―and Brickmakers Park.
